Marketing Director

As Marketing Director for Undefined, LLC. you will lead our marketing efforts on both the FIT by Katy and Onyx + Rose brands. This director will be responsible for providing guidance to our marketing and creative teams by evaluating and developing marketing strategies, planning and coordinating marketing efforts and ultimately building awareness and driving conversions for both brands. 

Responsibilities

• Overseeing marketing and creative team members
• Evaluating and developing marketing plans
• Developing campaigns and promotions
• Digital media buying and placement
• Working directly with CRM manager on email strategy and campaigns
• Working with social and influencer manager on ambassador building and campaigns
• Developing and maintaining marketing budgets
• Coordinating marketing projects from start to finish
• Overseeing content strategy
• Acting as a liaison between operations, finance and development teams to ensure necessary information is disseminated properly
• Analyzing and producing necessary reporting on ad campaigns and business KPI’s
• Coordinate with consultants, freelancers and vendors

Requirements

• 7+ years experience in marketing or communications role
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Creative and innovative thinker who has their eye on upcoming digital trends and is proactively looking to implement them to increase traffic
• High competence in project and stakeholder management
• Data driven with the ability to utilize metrics to help drive successful campaigns and marketing strategies
